Lucinda Lavin

Lucinda Lavin is an experienced HR professional with a solid background in human resources management. Currently serving as an HR Advisor at Whitworth Bros Ltd since August 2021, Lucinda has previously held HR Advisor roles at Liberty Speciality Steels from July 2017 to July 2021 and at Palmer and Harvey from April 2014 to July 2017, where a secondment included positions as Recruitment & Retention Manager and HR Officer. Lucinda began the HR journey as a Support Consultant at Freight Personnel during a placement year from June 2012 to July 2013. Educational qualifications include a PGD in Human Resource Management (CIPD) from Doncaster College University Centre (2016-2018) and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University (2010-2014).
