Jeehad Jebeile has a diverse range of work experience in the technology industry. Starting in 2006, they worked as a Senior Analyst Programmer for CSC Australia, where they designed and developed a monitoring tool. In 2007, they joined Transacta as a Senior Consultant and then took on a team leadership role. In 2008, Jeehad worked as a Senior Consultant for Object Consulting, completing development work and technical design documents on various projects. Jeehad then joined Australian Administration Services as a Senior Analyst/Programmer, assisting in the development of a superannuation administration application. In 2010, they became a Software Consultant for DWS, working with Macquarie Bank on a migration project. In 2011, they briefly returned to DWS before joining Macquarie Group, where they held various roles such as Technical Team Lead, MotoMe Team Lead, and Engineering Manager. At Macquarie Group, Jeehad also worked as an Agile and DevOps Coach and Scrum Master. In 2020, they joined Koala as the Director of Information Technology and later became the Cyber Security Consultant. Jeehad'smost recent role was as the Interim Director of Engineering at Who Gives A Crap, where they transformed the engineering organization into a mature and strategic-thinking team.

Jeehad Jebeile completed a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from the University of Wollongong between 1996 and 1999. Additionally, they obtained certifications including Scrum Fundamentals Certified and Scrum Master Certified from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in October 2017. Jeehad also holds a Sun Certified Programmer for the Java 2 Platform certification, obtained in 2001.
