Lucy Cavallaro

Lucy Cavallaro has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Lucy has worked as the Finance Director, Global at Who Gives A Crap since 2023. Prior to that, they were a Commercial Manager at Stryker from 2021 to 2023. From 2014 to 2021, Lucy worked at Coca-Cola Amatil, where they held roles such as Commercial Manager, Finance Business Partner, Corporate Finance Analyst, and Student Commercial Analyst. Lucy was also self-employed as a Private Tutor from 2011 to 2020. Prior to that, they worked as an Office Assistant at Cavallaro & Co. Chartered Accountants from 2007 to 2015. Lucy has also gained experience at UTS: University of Technology, Sydney as a Senior U:PASS Leader, Research Assistant, and President of Beta Alpha Psi from 2013 to 2014. Lucy has additionally worked as a Speech & Drama Teacher at MLC School Sydney and as an Accountant Intern - Audit at PwC in 2012.

Lucy Cavallaro completed an Executive MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School from 2019 to 2021. Lucy also participated in an Executive MBA Exchange in Behavioral Management at Yale School of Management in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained their CA (Chartered Accountant) degree from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand in 2017. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Accounting Co-op Scholarship from the University of Technology Sydney, which they completed from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, they have a TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from All Australian Training in 2014. Before entering university, they attended MLC School Sydney. Lucy also earned certifications such as Adaptive Leadership in an Accelerating World and Learn to Lead with UNSW 2023 from AGSM @ UNSW Business School, obtained in the year 2023. Lastly, they have certification in Advanced Level in Graded Examination in Music Performance, Grade 8 Piano from International Trinity College of London in 2010, and an ATCL Speech & Drama Diploma of Teaching from the same institution in 2009.
