The executive team at WholeHealth Medical Group has a long history of experience in the medical field. The team includes a physician and founder of Forum Health LLC, a member of INTERNATIONAL LYME AND ASSOCIATED DISEASES EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION IN, and a Holtorf Medical Group physician. The team also has a member who is Utah Hormone Practitioners.
