Starlynne Start has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. They began their career at Shopko as a Receiving Specialist from an unspecified date until 2012. They then joined The Grout Doctor Franchise Corp as a Senior Technician, specializing in home repair and tile installations, from 2012 to 2017.

In 2017, Starlynne attended Epicodus, a web development bootcamp, and obtained a Certificate in Web Development. Shortly after, they worked as an Intern at Record360 for a month before joining Foundry Interactive as a Frontend Web Developer. In 2020, they became the COO/CTO until 2022.
