Melissa Kearns

Melissa Kearns is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client services and compliance within the background screening industry. Currently serving as the Director of Client Services and Director of Client Experience at Background Screening and InformData respectively since June 2022, Melissa also holds the position of Vice President of Client Relations at Wholesale Screening Solutions since June 2021. Previously, Melissa was the Director of Compliance at Convergence Research from September 2013 to April 2021 and worked as a Sales Agent at Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield from December 2009 to August 2013, where exceptional customer service skills and sales techniques led to consistent performance exceeding established goals. Educated with a Master's degree in Education and Leadership from Kaplan University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Education from Shawnee State University, Melissa has demonstrated a strong ability to create and maintain organized records and deliver client-centered services.
