Karina Ortega-Cartagena

Karina Ortega-Cartagena is an experienced curriculum specialist currently working at Wholesome Generation since December 2017. Prior to this role, Karina served as a family advocate at WBCO and held various teaching positions including lead teacher at Child Incorporated and co-lead preschool teacher at Scuttlebugs Child Development Center. Karina's extensive experience in early childhood education is complemented by a Master of Arts in Human Development from Pacific Oaks College and multiple degrees in education from Universidad Iberoamericana and Foothill College. Karina is dedicated to supporting children from challenging backgrounds, fostering their development through flexible curricula and nurturing environments.
