Ryan Scott

Ryan Scott has worked in a variety of roles since 2016. In 2016, they worked as a Job Coach for Project SEARCH, where they worked with a diverse population of teens with developmental challenges and provided job coaching in a variety of fields. In 2017, they worked as a Placement Coordinator and Operations Support Specialist for ReEmployAbility. In 2018, they worked as a Staffing Consultant/Recruiter for Positive Behavior Supports Corp., a Business Innovation Representative for InsideOut, and a Campus Recruiter for A-LIGN. In 2019, they worked as a Recruitment and Retention Manager for Children First Head Start and a Talent Acquisition Manager for Wholesome Goods, where they managed recruiting and hiring for Clearwater, Las Vegas, and International new hires for roles in Ecommerce, Social Media, Legal, Marketing, and Supply Chain. In 2021, they began working as a Regional Human Resources Director for Wholesome Goods.

Ryan Scott began their education in 2009 when they attended the State College of Florida-Manatee-Sarasota, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Psychology. Ryan then went on to the University of South Florida, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology in 2015. In 2018, they began taking courses on Codecademy and freeCodeCamp, and has continued to do so until 2020. Ryan has also obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including Human Resources Foundations, Strategic Human Resources, Optimize Your Resume for Applicant Tracking Systems, Social Media Marketing: Real Estate, Marketing Tools: Social Media, and Social Media Marketing Tips.
