As avid students of best practices in performance excellence, we apply Maslow’s hierarchy and industry best practices to fuel our people growth engine. In fall of 2012, we initiated the application of the Malcolm Baldrige framework for Performance Excellence in our company. And it goes without saying that we serve only the most amazing quality food made from the very best ingredients.

The company was founded in 2004 with the vision of transforming the quality of life of every person who eats in our restaurant--and even those who don’t. Leadership through serving others is at the heart of who we are. Our mission and core values are our daily moral compass. We strive to be dedicated stewards of the environment. And we proudly give back to our local communities through volunteering and charitable contributions.
