Jason Haynes has been working in the IT field since 2002. Jason began their career with the United States Air Force, where they held a Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance and was an Administrator of three system networks. Jason was responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and creating new servers for a 300+ Windows 2000/2003 Server environment, as well as working and maintaining Microsoft Exchange Server 2003. In 2008, they began working at PowerDNN as a Support Technician. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a System Administrator at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. In 2012, they began working at Automated Systems Inc. as a Network Engineer. From 2013 to 2014, they worked at Business Professional Group as a System Administrator, where they were responsible for administering and managing in-house and remote hosted servers, as well as personal computers and off-site locations. In 2014, they began working at MMGY Global as a Network and Systems Administrator, where they were responsible for configuring new VPN systems, business networks DNS and DHCP, and Windows AD Servers. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Nitto Denko Automotive, New Jersey, Inc. as a Senior Network Computer Systems Administrator, where they were responsible for administering and managing all servers, switching/routing infrastructure, and equipment in the data center. Since 2019, they have been working at WholeStack Solutions, first as a DevOps/Systems Lead, then as a DevOps/Platform SME, and currently as a Platform Operations Lead. In these roles, they have managed departments, created automations, acted as an escalation point for non-network related infrastructure items, administered and managed servers, virtualization, and cloud structure, installed patches, fixes, and updates to software, monitored systems resources, and managed customer backup systems.

Jason Haynes has a diverse educational background. In 2018, they attended Centriq's IT Career Program for Full Stack Web Development. In 2010, they attended Metropolitan Community College for Information Technology. From 2002-2003, they attended the United States Air Force Technical Training School for Communication Computer Systems Operations. Additionally, Haynes has obtained various certifications, including AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2022, Network+ from CompTIA in 2014, and Security+ from CompTIA in 2014.
