Malcolm Bailey

Malcolm Bailey is an experienced Program Coordinator at Wholistic Services Inc since October 2014, specializing as an IPP Coordinator and Case Manager for individuals in Washington D.C. Bailey has also served as a Lead Facilitator at an active treatment facility for people with diverse disabilities.
