Alyssa Carofano

Alyssa Carofano is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic program operations and product management across several leading companies. Currently serving as Head of Strategic Program Operations at WHOOP since December 2021, Alyssa has held multiple roles in product operations. Prior experience includes a Program Manager position for the Alexa Skills Kit at Amazon, where responsibility included managing communications and quality assessments for language solutions. As Client Services Project Manager at Mind Gym, Alyssa managed significant client relationships and coordinated extensive training programs. Earlier roles at The Scienomics Group focused on account management and execution of digital initiatives for biotech and pharmaceutical clients. Alyssa began a career in healthcare during a summer internship at Yale New Haven Health System. Alyssa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Communication from Villanova University, complemented by international study at the University of Galway.
