WhoSay was founded in 2010 by CEO Tony Cox, a former video board member at IAB and executive vice president of advertising strategy and business development at Paramount. The company's other co-founders include CTO Steve Ellis, a former founder/CEO of Pump Audio at Getty Images, and CFO Chris Carey, a Wharton School graduate with a degree in finance and management.
