Katrin Denoon

Katrin Denoon is an experienced ecommerce leader currently serving as the Head of Ecommerce at WHSmith since April 2023, where responsibilities include leading strategic initiatives across online trading, marketing, CRM, and operations, as well as driving digital transformation projects. Previously, Katrin was the Senior Ecommerce Trading Manager at Pure Electric Limited, overseeing ecommerce trading strategy and customer experience optimization. Before that, at The Perfume Shop, Katrin held the position of Ecommerce Trading & Insight Manager, focusing on online trading strategy and insights. Additionally, Katrin's early career at Steinhoff UK involved various roles, including Merchandiser and Junior Buyer, where key achievements included maximizing sales and managing stock levels. Katrin holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Classical Literature from the University of Leeds.
