Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Whyte Bikes Limited since July 2023, Michelle previously held various roles at adidas from February 2007 to July 2023, including Director of Sales Development and Senior Business Development Manager. This tenure involved driving market intelligence, facilitating process improvements, and managing customer service teams. Earlier experience includes the position of Customer Support Advisor at Ingram Micro, focusing on customer relations and support. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Hull, earned between 2001 and 2004.
