Marianna Bruton

Marianna Bruton has over three decades of experience in consulting and client advocacy. Currently serving as a Client Advocate at LIFT since August 2012, Marianna supports low-income families and individuals across multiple cities. Simultaneously, Marianna is part of the Interview Team for The Posse Foundation, specializing in identifying high-potential public high school students for college access. Prior experience includes roles as a Management Consultant at Deloitte Consulting from 1984 to 1998, where Marianna provided consulting services on strategic planning and organizational development, and at Ernst & Young from 1982 to 1984, focusing on financial feasibility studies for healthcare institutions. Marianna earned an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and a certificate in Grantmaking and Foundations from New York University.
