Gianna Tripodi-Bhise has a diverse work experience in fundraising and development roles. Gianna started their career at Radio Bilingue, Inc. as a Grant Writer and Assistant Development Director. Gianna then worked as the Director of Development & Public Relations at the World Game Institute, where they developed a strategic development plan and secured funding from various sources. Gianna furthered their experience as the Director of Corporate & Foundation Giving at Easter Seals, increasing their income significantly. Gianna then served as the Director of Development at the National Research Center for Women & Families before becoming the Director of Development and Communications at the Metropolitan Center for Assault Prevention. Gianna played a crucial role in diversifying the funding base and restoring funding for the organization. Following this, Gianna became the Director of Development/Corporate & Foundation Giving at the Parkinson's Action Network, where they built the development program and managed all aspects of fundraising. Currently, they are working as the Director of Foundation and Corporate Relations at WHYY.

Gianna Tripodi-Bhise completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English at Saint Joseph's University from 1984 to 1988. Gianna later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing and International Business at Drexel University's LeBow College of Business from 1994 to 1998.
