WHYY
Joel Dougherty has been involved in pre-production, programming, and social media at Independence Media/MiND TV since June 2016. In addition, Joel serves as a volunteer for special events at WHYY, also since June 2016. Previous academic accomplishments include earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from Temple University between 2005 and 2008.
