Alexey Shkolnik

Alexey Shkolnik has over 20 years of work experience. Alexey currently works at Wi-Charge as the Director of Semiconductors since March 2023. Prior to this, they held various roles at Innolume GmbH, including Director of Innovation Management from May 2022 to March 2023, Director of Operations from November 2020 to May 2022, Director of Business Development and Operations from October 2019 to November 2020, Director of Business Development from April 2016 to October 2019, Business Development Manager from April 2013 to April 2016, and Product Manager from January 2009 to April 2013. Before joining Innolume GmbH, Alexey worked as a researcher at A.F.Ioffe Physico-Technical Institute of Russian Academy of Sciences from 1994 to 2008.

Alexey Shkolnik attended the 566 Physical Technical School in St.-Petersburg from 1992 to 1996. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Solid State Physics at Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University from 1996 to 2002. Alexey then furthered their education at the Ioffe Physico Technical Institute RAS, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Solid State Physics, completing their studies in 2006.
