Ming (Charlie) Xu is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in cloud infrastructure and solutions architecture. Currently serving as Principal Architect for Tencent Cloud America since March 2021, Ming is responsible for the solutions architecture and technical partnerships in North America and LATAM. Prior roles include Senior Manager and Head of Global IT - Cloud & Infrastructure Services at eBay, where Ming led the Cloud Council and drove significant cloud adoption initiatives, and Manager of IT Solutions & Services - APAC at PayPal, overseeing IT functions for the APAC headquarters. Ming's career also includes pivotal positions at HP and Microsoft, with a strong educational background in Software Engineering and Computer Science from Fudan University and Shanghai University, respectively.
