In 2012, Tina returned to Era Ogilvy Public Relations as an Account Manager. Tina Hsin-Hsin worked in this role for a year before joining NEOact Integration Communication Agency in 2013. At NEOact, they took on the role of Account Director and held this position until 2016.

From 2016 onwards, Tina has been associated with WI Harper Group. Tina Hsin-Hsin started as the Vice President of PR & Communication and then became the Vice President of PR & Business Development in 2022.
