Jeremy Smolen

Jeremy Smolen has over 20 years of experience in product management and engineering roles. Jeremy is currently the Director of Product Management at Wi-Tronix, LLC. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Product Management at CentralSquare Technologies, where they guided cross-functional teams in developing RMS Enterprise and Common Identity Management solutions for public safety and government customers. Before that, they worked as the Senior Manager of Product Management at Experian Automotive, leading agile and scrum software teams and driving revenue growth. Jeremy also held positions at I-CAR, Navistar Inc, Motorola Solutions, and Motorola, Inc, where they were responsible for product marketing, strategic decision-making, innovation, and supplier collaboration. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong ability to develop new products and drive profitable growth.

Jeremy Smolen obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay from 1993 to 1998. Jeremy then pursued further education at Motorola University from 1999 to 2003, earning a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
