Toni Dupell

Toni Dupell is a seasoned professional in business development and project management, currently serving as the Director of Business Development for PM Group in New England since July 2022. Dupell has an extensive background in leadership roles, including volunteer positions as Chapter Vice-Chair and Chair of the Programs Committee for Women In Bio's Greater Boston Chapter, as well as a volunteer role with the ISPE Boston Area Chapter's Women in Pharma Committee. Previous experiences include owning and co-founding LACED Wellness, and serving as a Business Development Account Manager at DPS Group Global. Toni Dupell's earlier career includes project management positions at Columbia, Suffolk Construction, and J. Calnan & Associates, paired with a solid educational foundation in Project Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology, along with studies at Bentley University and Middlesex Community College.
