Simon Porro

Simon Porro is a Director and Scaled Agile Transformation Coach at wibas Management Consultants since July 2013, specializing in guiding Agile Transformations using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Previously, Simon served as a CMMI SCAMPI Lead Appraiser at the Software Engineering Institute at Carnegie Mellon University from November 2004 to November 2014 and held the position of Principal Consultant & Director at SPI Partners BV from July 1997 to July 2013. Other notable roles include Performance Improvement Program Manager at Punch Powertrain (2011-2012), ISO 9001 Certification Auditor at KEMA Quality BV (1998-2000), and Process Improvement Consultant at Qualityhouse (1994-1997). Early career experience includes serving as a Team Leader at Techforce Innovations (1991-1993) and a Software Developer and Project Leader at sagantec (1987-1991). Simon holds an MSc in Computing Science from Eindhoven University of Technology and completed training as a SCAMPI Lead Appraiser at Carnegie Mellon University.
