Ritika Subhash

Ritika Subhash is the Founder of The Parent Academy, established in January 2023, and serves as the Delhi State Vice President of the Holistic Child Development Council with WICCI since September 2024. As a passionate children's author with Voyage Education India since August 2018, Ritika creates engaging picture books that communicate important concepts to children. Previously, Ritika held various roles at Blue Duck Education, including Educational Consultant and Business Development Head for Asia, where significant achievements included doubling revenue and onboarding over 120 schools. Additionally, earlier experiences include key positions with Standard Capacitors, Educational Initiatives, Hay Group, Huron, and Texas A&M University, focusing on business development, project management, and education quality improvement. Ritika holds a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Jamia Millia Islamia.
