Eric M. Wilson

Eric M. Wilson is a seasoned educator with extensive experience in communication and media studies, currently serving as a Senior Educator at Wichita State University since August 2009. Responsibilities include teaching Integrated Marketing Communications, Media Writing, and Portfolio classes, as well as coordinating departmental promotions and events, acting as a newsletter editor, managing social media, and fostering relationships with community partners and alumni. Eric also held roles as an Associate Educator and Outreach Director at PRSA Kansas Chapter and as President-Elect at Sullivan Higdon & Sink, where project management and aviation advertising were key focuses. Additional experience includes a public relations internship at Southwest Airlines and serving as a reporter/anchor at KDFI News. Eric holds a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Wichita State University, complemented by early education at Coffeyville Community College.
