Chad Sarno

Chad Sarno is a co-founder of Wicked Kitchen and a leading expert in plant-based cuisine. Chad has worked in the culinary field for over 20 years, developing recipes and teaching others how to cook healthy, delicious meals.

Sarno began their career as a consultant and chef, working with restaurants to help them develop healthier menus. Chad then joined Whole Foods Market as their Global Healthy Eating Coordinator, where they created recipes and led cooking classes. In 2009, Sarno became the Executive Chef at SAF Restaurants, where they oversaw the development of plant-based menus for all of their locations.

In 2013, Sarno joined Rouxbe Online Cooking School as their VP of Culinary Wellness and Plant-Based Education. Chad successfully launched the company's plant-based certification course and content creation for all health and wellness centered courses. To date, the course has grossed over 3 million dollars in sales.

Sarno is a public and media spokesperson for health and wellness initiatives, and they continue to be the lead instructor in Rouxbe's Plant-Based Pro course. Chad has also been a guest lecturer at Harvard Medical School and has been featured in publications such as The New York Times, Men's Health, and Prevention Magazine.
