James H.

James H. is an experienced marketing and product leader with a robust background in customer success, global marketing, and product management across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Product & Customer Success Lead at Yum! Brands since August 2021, James is responsible for customer success in the Canadian market within the new technology division for Pizza Hut. Prior experience includes roles as Global Product & Marketing Director at ROVIA LLC, where James managed diverse travel engagement strategies, and various marketing leadership positions at PepsiCo from 2006 to 2016, during which James drove consumer engagement and sales initiatives for Foodservice. James also co-owned The Hub Centers for Meeting and Collaboration from 2003 to 2006, contributing to the development of a retail meeting center concept. Academic credentials include Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Wichita State University.
