Orlando Villegas

Orlando Villegas has held various positions in the supply chain field since 2002. Orlando began their career at McAuslan Brewery as a Manufacturing Analyst in 2002. From 2003 to 2009, they worked at Maple Leaf Foods Inc. in various positions, including National Production Planning Manager, Senior Optimization Planning Analyst, and Six Sigma Black Belt. In 2009, they moved to Canada Bread Company, Limited as a Master Planning Manager. From 2011 to 2013, they worked at Parmalat Canada as a Master Planning & Contract Manufacturing Manager. Orlando then moved to Patheon as a Planning & Inventory Control Manager from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, they took a contract role as a Product Supply Planning at The Kraft Heinz Company. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at TerrAscend as a Supply Chain Manager. Most recently, they were appointed as Head of Supply Chain at Galaxie Brands Corp. in 2021 and will become Supply Chain Director at Wicked Kitchen in 2022.

Orlando Villegas completed a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Metropolitana in Venezuela between 1992 and 1998. Orlando then went on to earn a Master of Management from McGill University in Canada between 2001 and 2003, with a focus in Manufacturing & Supply Chain. Orlando also holds a Logistics Specialist certification from The Logistics Institute.
