Tori Schultz possesses extensive experience in culinary management, currently serving as Prep Manager and Banquet Chef at Wicked Tuna since March 2018. Prior to this role, Tori held the position of Garde Manger Pastry Cook at Turning Stone Resort Casino from November 2014, where the bakery operation produces a majority of its items from scratch for multiple dining outlets. Tori's previous experience includes serving as Pastry Cook at 21 Main Prime Steakhouse from March 2017 to March 2018 and Kitchen Manager at Fresh Mex of Rome from August 2011 to February 2015. Tori holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Resort & Recreation Services Management with a focus on Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Morrisville, where studies were completed between 2011 and 2015.
