John Penland has been working as the Head Chef at Mountain Madre since August 2017. Prior to this, John worked as a Doorman/Support Staff at Wicked Weed Brewing starting in October 2015. Before that, John was a Cook at The Omni Grove Park Inn from September 2012 to August 2015. John also has experience as a Chef at Wolf Ridge Ski Resort from 2008 to 2011.
