Kyoko Blondel is a seasoned professional in human resources and people management with extensive experience across various industries. Currently, Kyoko serves as the People & Culture Manager for Keywords Studios in Australia, while also holding multiple HR managerial roles at Tantalus Media, Mighty Games Group, and Wicked Witch Software. Kyoko is an ambassador for Women in Games, and operates a freelance consultancy focused on HR and small business support. Previously, Kyoko was the Head of People & Culture at Sora Interior Architecture & Design and CHT Architects, along with a tenure as General Manager at Tom + Captain Dog Walking Adventures. Kyoko's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Commerce specializing in Human Resource Management from Swinburne University of Technology and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from MWT Institute.
