Stacee Budzik

Stacee Budzik is the current Head of Human Resources at Wickr. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Human Resources Business Partner at the company from September 2020 to June 2021. In this role, they were responsible for enhancing all HR functions that created a positive impact on the business. This included owning all aspects of HR Systems, configuration, data integrity, system upgrades, and data flows for process improvement.

Budzik is known for their bias towards action and commitment to meeting business goals. Stacee also designed and managed experiences that cultivated a vibrant and diverse workplace environment that attracts and retains talent. Additionally, they coached leaders (GTM, Engineering, and Product) that helped the team adapt, learn, and be successful.

During their time as Director of Human Resources Business Partner, Budzik was also one of the key stakeholders in driving the integration from when the deal was signed through closing and beyond. In this capacity, they converted the Company from multiple system use to single sign on PEO in less than 5 months - saving the company over 35% in system costs.

After the acquisition by AWS, Budzik became the Head of Human Resources at Wickr. In this role, they have continued to lead the development of people operations with a focus on enabling leaders with the tools and techniques to enhance employee engagement. Stacee has also leveraged quantitative survey insight and data to inform their approach.

Their manager is Joel Wallenstrom, CEO. They are on a team with Jeff Bostick - Head of Product, Chris Lalonde - COO, and Chris Howell - CTO.
