Mike Christiansen

Mike Christiansen has extensive work experience in leadership and management roles. Mike is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Wide Effect Talent Solutions since October 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Tradesmen International for over 20 years, where they held various positions including Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Great Lakes Regional Vice President, General Manager in Milwaukee, and Field Representative/Sales Manager. Throughout their career, Mike has demonstrated strong leadership skills, overseeing diverse business operations and implementing effective business strategies and procedures. Mike has also been responsible for managing teams and promoting maximum performance and dedication among employees.

Mike Christiansen attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 1992 to 1996. During this time, they pursued a degree in Finance and Real Estate, ultimately earning their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in the aforementioned field of study.
