Andrea Goodell

Programs Division: Project, Process, And Data Management at Widelity, Inc.

Andrea Goodell has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Andrea began their career in 2000 at Submepp Activity United States Navy as a Systems Engineer and Business Planner. During their time there, they conducted extensive research and created business planning documents related to submarine technical systems, contributing to the organization's successful continuation during a DoD BRAC process. Andrea also produced presentations for high-ranking officials.

In 2014, Andrea joined Micronics, Inc. as an Engineer and Technical Writer. Andrea provided engineering project support and services, working closely with various stakeholders. Andrea managed the manual program and wrote technical documents such as control narratives and manuals.

From 2017 to 2023, Andrea served as a Board of Directors and Vice President of Operations at Friends of Voice from the Heart, a non-profit organization. Andrea managed and ran multiple projects, events, and committees, collaborating with the Director and Board of Directors to successfully transition to an online format during the pandemic. Andrea also led a team of 17 leaders and facilitated community-building activities through virtual sessions.

Most recently, in 2021, Andrea joined Widelity, Inc. as Compliance and Regulatory Project and Process Manager and Technical Writer. Andrea utilizes technical systems and software to support various processes and functions of teams. Andrea ensures teams and clients have access to data throughout the reimbursement process.

Throughout their career, Andrea has demonstrated strong project management, communication, and leadership skills, as well as expertise in technical writing and documentation.

Andrea Goodell has a Bachelor of Science degree with a high distinction in Civil Engineering from the University of Maine. Andrea also pursued Graduate Studies in Business Administration with a concentration in Leadership at Franklin Pierce University. In addition, Andrea was the Valedictorian of their class at Presque Isle High School.
