Moonkyung Mark Kim

Dr. Kim has been working on device design, simulations, fabrication and characterization in the semiconductor and nanotechnology field. He received his MS and PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Cornell University. He started his work at Samsung Electronics as a research scientist in 1997. He was engaged in development of single electron transistors, 4 Gbit SONOS memory and 16 Gbit single electron charging MONOS memory at Samsung and taught device design and fabrication at Cornell University as a Research Associate. Dr Kim is an author/co-author of over 16 U.S. patents and more than 60 journal/conference papers in the area of; Nanoscale electronics, Flash memories including PCM, Graphene growth and devices, Flexible electronics, Energy related devices and Nano electro-mechanical systems (NEMS).
