Micha Roon is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and blockchain solutions. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, Micha supports innovation projects by providing training and mentorship. As the owner and founder of managination, Micha focuses on enhancing the software development process. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, where Micha led technological advancements and contributed to decentralized infrastructure in the energy sector. Micha’s advisory experience spans various organizations, including the IIB Council and PioneerVentures.io, while earlier roles involved developing blockchain applications and ensuring security at Sweetbridge, Inc. and SwissBorg. Micha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and has completed additional studies at MIT and project management certification from PMI.
