Erica Wiegel

Erica Wiegel has served as Vice President and Human Resources Co-Owner at Wiegel since January 2002, where also holds the title of Prototype Manager. Erica contributed to the Women in Manufacturing organization as a Chicago Chapter Committee Member from 2016 to June 2020. Additionally, from 2012 to June 2019, Erica was an active member of the TMA-BSI Board and participated in various committees including the TMA Young Leaders Committee and Women in TMA. From July 2015 to December 2017, Erica held the position of President at Aro Metal Stamping, a company specializing in precision stamped parts and assemblies. Erica earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northern Illinois University between 1998 and 2002.
