Joanna Cesarz

Joanna Cesarz has worked in various HR roles throughout their career. Joanna started as an HR Specialist at Holding PTS S.A. in 2004 and held this position until 2007. Joanna then joined Holding P.T.S. S.A. as an Acting HR Manager for a brief period in 2007. Later that year, they moved to Wielton SA, where they first worked as an HR Manager and then became the HR Director in October 2017.

Joanna Cesarz obtained a Master's degree in an unspecified field of study from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu from 1997 to 2002. In 2007 to 2008, they pursued postgraduate studies in Human Resources Management at Politechnika Opolska. Currently, they are enrolled at Wroclaw University of Economics and Business, working towards an Executive MBA degree, expected to be completed between 2021 and 2023. Joanna also holds a certification in Thomas PPA from SLG Thomas International Poland Sp. z o.o.
