Tomasz Śniatała

Since July 1, 2020, Mr. Tomasz Śniatała is a Member of the Management Board of Wielton SA and CFO of the Wielton Branch in Wieluń. In the Management Board, he is primarily responsible for the financial strategy of the Wielton Branch.

Since 1995, Mr. Tomasz Śniatała has been associated with Wagon SA for 10 years, where he held managerial positions and director positions related to restructuring and controlling. In the years 2001 - 2003, he was a member of the Supervisory Board of the Waste Treatment and Management Plant MZO SA in Ostrów Wielkopolski. In 2005, he was promoted to the position of Member of the Management Board, Economic and Financial Director of the European Railway Consortium Wagon SA In turn, in 2007, he was a Member of the Supervisory Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacja Wodkan SA in Ostrów Wielkopolski. In the years 2007 - 2009, he was a Proxy, Economic, and Financial Director of the company Europejskie Konsorcjum Kolejowe "Wagon" SA and a member of the Supervisory Board of Energetyka Wagon Sp. z o. o. in order to assume the position of the President of the Management Board in 2009.

In the years 2009 - 2010, he was a Member of the Management Board, Economic and Financial Director of the European Railway Consortium Wagon Sp. z o. o. In 2010, he joined Wielton SA as a Member of the Management Board. In the years 2013 - 2020, he was the Vice-President of the Management Board for the Economic and Financial Affairs of Wielton SA.

Mr. Tomasz Śniatała was awarded during the 11th edition of the Competition Financial Director of the Year in the category of large companies. The competition appreciated his contribution to building the Polish brand in Europe, obtaining important financing and support for the company's international expansion.

Mr. Tomasz Śniatała is a graduate of the Faculty of Agriculture, Agricultural Mechanization Department of the Agricultural University in Poznań. He also completed a Pedagogical Study at the Provincial Methodological Center in Kalisz, Postgraduate Studies at the Faculty of Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry of the University of Wrocław, and a Capital Market Study at the Faculty of Management at the University of Lodz, as well as Postgraduate Studies in Accounting and Finance at the Poznań University of Economics. He has an MBA diploma from the University of Entrepreneurship and Management. Kozminski University in Warsaw and completed doctoral studies at the Kozminski University in Warsaw. Mr. Tomasz Śniatała is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program (AMP) of IESE Business School.
