Katarzyna Kmiecik-Nowicka

Katarzyna Kmiecik-Nowicka's work experience includes serving as the Deputy Director of Strategy and Project Management Office at Wiener TU S.A. Vienna Insurance Group since November 2020. Prior to this role, they worked as the Manager of the Sales Application Development Team at the same company from April 2015 to October 2020. Before joining Wiener TU S.A. Vienna Insurance Group, they held various positions at Sollers Consulting. Katarzyna worked as a Senior Consultant from May 2014 to March 2015, a Consultant from May 2013 to April 2014, and a Business Analyst from November 2011 to April 2013.

Katarzyna Kmiecik-Nowicka earned a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Lodz, completing their studies from 2006 to 2011. During their time at the University of Lodz, they also participated in the Erasmus Programme at Sakarya University in 2010-2011, focusing on Economics. Prior to earning their Master's degree, Katarzyna obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management from the University of Lodz, where they studied from 2007 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Katarzyna obtained several certifications. In 2014, they earned the PSM-I certification from Scrum.org. In 2015, they completed the UX-PM level 1 certification from UXalliance. In 2018, they obtained the AgilePM® Foundation certification from APMG International. Their most recent certifications include the AgilePM® Practitioner certification from APMG International in 2022 and the PRINCE2® Foundation certification from PeopleCert in 2023.
