Andras Koltai

Andras Koltai has a substantial work experience in various companies. Andras started their professional journey as an Internal Consultant at Freudenberg from an unspecified date until 2003. Andras then joined MOL Hungarian Oil and Gas Co as a Gas Division Expert, HR Relocation Expert, and HR Partner, where they worked until 2008. Andras'snext role was at Wienerberger Magyarország, where they served as an HR Manager for over 14 years. In this position, they introduced various HR tools, digitalized processes, managed mergers and rightsizing based on market demand, supervised talent and trainee programs, and introduced the Code of Business Conduct. Andras also coordinated CSR activities, work safety efforts, and supervised the innovation management program. Currently, Andras is working at Wienerberger as the Head of Group Total Rewards and Regional Human Resources Director West.

Andras Koltai obtained an MSc in Human Resource Management from Corvinus University of Budapest, graduating in 2008. Prior to that, they earned an MSc in Economy, General Management, International Relations, and European Relations from the same university, completing their studies in 1997. In 1998, Andras obtained a Diploma in Diplomacy from the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna. Additionally, Andras has obtained various certifications from LinkedIn in areas such as HR management, leadership skills, workforce planning, and strategic human resources.
