Johan van der Biest

Johan van der Biest is an experienced executive with a strong background in operations and management within the construction materials industry. Since September 2017, Johan has served as the COO for Western Europe at Wienerberger AG, building on a long tenure that began in June 1999 as a general manager at Wienerberger N.V. Prior to that, Johan held the position of general manager at Keramo Steinzeug from May 1994 to June 1999. Johan holds a Master's degree in Geology/Earth Science from KU Leuven, earned between 1981 and 1986.
