Monica Voltan

Monica Voltan has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Monica is currently working as the Human Resources Director for Wienerberger AG in Italy since March 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Senior HR Manager at Ferretti Group from March 2018 to August 2021. From September 2016 to February 2018, Monica worked as the Group HR Manager at poltronesofà. Before that, they held various HR roles at Technogym from May 2010 to September 2016, including Talent Acquisition and Development Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager. Monica also gained experience as the Talent Acquisition Manager Europe and India at Ingersoll Rand - Security Technologies from April 2009 to May 2010. Monica began their HR career at Cisa SpA - Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies in Italy in May 2006, where they served in roles such as Talent Acquisition & Development Manager Italy and HR Development Specialist. Monica's early professional experience includes working as an HR Consultant at MCS Accord Group from September 2003 to May 2006, where they focused on recruiting and selecting middle management employees and consulting projects.

Monica Voltan holds a degree in Political Science/Bank Economy from Sapienza Università di Roma. Monica also has a Doctorate in Economics from the same institution. In addition, they obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources from Università degli Studi di Parma.
