Randy Keyes

Randy Keyes has a wealth of work experience in various fields. Randy began their career in 1999 as an E-Discovery Analyst at Jackson, where they facilitated the search for a corporate eDiscovery platform, developed the corporate eDiscovery program, and became certified by ACEDS. Randy then worked as a Messaging Support Engineer/Server Admin and a Microsoft Windows Desktop (Software) Engineer. In 2008, they took on the role of Lay Minister at Christ Lutheran Church, where they facilitated Family Ministry, developed and maintained the church web site and multimedia program, and assisted with preaching and coordinating events. In 2016, they became the Chaplain and Executive Director at 1inHim Ministries (Mountain Life Protection Arts). In 2020, they began working at WiFiRanger as a Technical Support Analyst 3 and Manager, Customer Service and Warranty. In 2022, they took on the roles of Systems Engineer/Admin - IT Contractor at a local company in Boise and Technical Support Team Lead (Mgmt) and OE Warranty Lead (Mgmt) at Winegard (WifiRanger).

Randy Keyes has a Bachelor of Religious Education from Cornerstone University, which they obtained between 1984 and 1988. Randy is currently enrolled in a Business Analytics program at Simplilearn Alumni, and is also studying Chaplain Ministerial Studies at Crossroads Theological Seminary. Randy has obtained a number of certifications, including a 4th Degree Black Belt in Okinawan Shorin-Ryu from the United States Karate-Do Kai (2022), Agile Scrum Master Training Certification from Simplilearn (2020), Business Analytics Foundations: Descriptive, Exploratory, and Explanatory Analytics from LinkedIn (2020), Data Science & Analytics Career Paths & Certifications: First Steps from LinkedIn (2020), Time Management: Working from Home from LinkedIn (2020), Windows Server 2019: Installation and Configuration from LinkedIn (2020), eDiscovery Executive Certificate (eDEx) from the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS) (2019), Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) (2020), a Certificate of Ordination from Crossroads Christian Bible Ministries / Crossroads Theological Seminary, and an MCP from Microsoft.
