Fikri Zikra Akrama

Fikri Zikra Akrama currently serves as a Human Capital Officer at PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk. since May 2021 and has previously held the position of Collections Officer. In a short tenure at Telkom Indonesia from July to September 2020, Fikri was involved in Customer Relationship Management, focusing on overseeing the installation and removal of Indihome services while utilizing various tools and reviewing marketing strategies for the company. Fikri is pursuing a Master of Management in Human Resource Management at IPB University, expected to graduate in July 2026, and holds a Bachelor of Management degree in Business, Management, and Marketing from Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Manajemen YKPN, completed in March 2021.
