Mursyid, an Indonesian citizen who was born on December 3, 1968, is a graduate of Civil Engineering at UGM in 1993 and in 2010 earned a Masters in Management at the same university.
He started his career at WIKA in 1993 as a Staff of Technical Section and has been trusted in several other positions such as the North Ambar Harbor Port Development Project Manager in 2012-2013 and the Operations Division Manager 2 of the General Civil Department 1 in 2014-2015. Then in the middle of 2015, Mursyid was entrusted as General Manager of General Civil 1 which oversees infrastructure projects undertaken by WIKA in Jabodetabek. Since 2017, Mursyid has been trusted as the Director of HC and WIKA Concrete Production, and now, through the AGM 2019, he has assumed the role of Director of Human Capital and Development.
