Miki Stoilov

Miki Stoilov has extensive experience in quality management within the manufacturing and electronics sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Manager at WIK Group since October 2017, Miki is responsible for establishing quality functions for core production processes including Injection Molding and Assembly lines, and for developing local supplier chains. Prior to this role, Miki managed the Quality Department at KEMET Electronics Corporation from April 2012 to October 2017, where oversight of the quality management system was a primary responsibility. Miki also held a managerial position at MKS MAKKONTROL from January 2007 to April 2012, focusing on the implementation of various ISO standards and HACCP. Earlier career experience includes working as a sales representative at Pivara Skopje AD. Miki holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Electroenergetics and Automation from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at "St. Cyril and Methodius" University, as well as a high school diploma in Electronics from DUSO Orce Nikolov in Skopje.
