Vincent Koay

Vincent Koay currently serves as the Senior Manager of the Global Center of Expertise at WIK Group, a position held since July 2022. Prior to this role, Vincent Koay was the Supplier Quality & Innovation Director at Brose China from December 2010 to July 2022, focusing on supplier development, innovation, quality management, and risk management. Vincent's experience also includes positions in Asia Supplier Development at Continental, project management roles, and senior supplier quality management at Alliance Contract Manufacturing. Additionally, Vincent started the career as a Quality Engineer at Jabil and a Quality Assurance Engineer at Eng Teknologi Sdn Bhd. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's (Honours) Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from the University of Lincoln and a BTEC Higher National Diploma in Mechanical & Mechatronics Engineering from the Penang Skills Development Centre.
