Tamilselvan K has extensive experience in human resources and learning & development, with a career spanning from 2004 to the present. Tamilselvan has held roles such as Quality Assurance Supervisor at TJC, Officer in Human Resources at MRF, Assistant Manager HR at JK TYRES LIMITED, Corporate HR Manager at JBM Group, and Senior Manager Human Resources Development at Caparo Engineering India Ltd. Currently, they serve as the Head of Learning and Development at WIKA Group. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for talent management, training & development, skill assessment, employee engagement activities, and process oversight.

Tamilselvan K completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Pondicherry University in 2008. Tamilselvan then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Psychology at the University of Madras from 2015 to 2016. Later, they obtained a Diploma in Training from The Indian Society for Training & Development in 2022, and followed it up with a Diploma in Education from the International Transactional Analysis Association in 2024.
